Hi, I'm Max!
I am a 3D artist with dedication to the craft and driven by curiosity. I am passionate about games that make you travel through impactfull stories and worlds, such as Bioshock, Dark Souls or Dishonored.
I graduated my Bachelor of Game Design in 2021 at the University of Applied Science (UE-BTK) in Berlin and I am currently looking for Job as 3D artist in the videogame industry.
Since then, I had the chance to work for Mirage-CG as Asset as 3D Artist and as Art Director on a project for Unity Technologies at Super Crowd Entertainment. You can find some examples in the other work tab!
Outside of 3D, I follow multiple other hobbies such as drawing, painting Warhammer 40k minis, playing Dungeon and Dragons, Skateboarding and Fashion. Games I absolutely love are Bioshock, the last of us and lately Elden Ring.
You will find my more detailed information about my creations down below! In the navigation bar, you will find diverse projects which I worked on.
Until today, I was involved in the development of the following projects, occupying different roles:
• “Thornrose”: Analog Pen & Paper game (Environment and character artist, narrative)

About my Art
Developing phantasy worlds and characters by drawing them is something I do since I am able to hold a pen. The visually unbelievable creative worlds of “Lord of the Rings” and “Bioshock” had always fascinated me and provided me with the inspiration and motivation to do something like this myself. I began drawing by hand, filling countless scrapbooks with sketches. Only when I got involved with 3D modelling, it became clear to me that I had discovered a completely new dimension with almost limitless possibilities. Ever since, I work on developing my technical skill set and on further evolving my creativity. Simply put, I am working on getting better in doing what I really love to do: creating characters that have the same impact on people as those characters of my childhood had on myself.
My main interest is the creation of surreal characters, ranging from demonic monsters to cyborgs. I always want them to be visually appealing but, at the same time, I also want them to tell the story behind. With this approach, I aim to trigger the interest of the viewer, wanting them to learn more about my characters.
Of course, the theme and the story influence my design decisions but I always try to think out of the box and try to innovate by including influences that normally would not be expected in these settings or genres.
Welcome to my world, please have a look around!
